Peanut Butter Chocolate Dates
These Snickers dates are the perfect treat—naturally sweet dates stuffed with peanut butter, drizzled with dark chocolate, and topped with crushed peanuts and sea salt. Just 5 ingredients, no baking needed, and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
10 Medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate (70% or higher)
2 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
1. Line a plate or baking sheet with parchment.
2. Slice each date lengthwise on one side and remove the pit if needed. Gently open them without tearing.
3. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter into the center of each date.
4. Melt the dark chocolate over low heat. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil if needed to help it melt smoothly.
5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the filled dates. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with crushed peanuts and flaky sea salt.
6. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes, until the chocolate is set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
