Chocolate Covered Frozen Mango

Chocolate + Mango - it’s an unexpectedly delicious combo! Give it a try and I think you’ll love it!

Ingredients

2 cups frozen mango

1 cup dark chocolate

1 tsp coconut oil

Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together over low heat.

2. Dip each mango piece in the chocolate, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.

4. Freeze for 10 minutes, then enjoy!
